For a short list (typically under 22): closing blocks new sign-ups and back-outs, and the captains draft the confirmed list. At 24 the poll closes itself at 8:30 PM — under 24 it stays open until you close it here.
Fill this before/at first ball. Post-match section unlocks when this is complete.
Presenter and kit packing are never a captain — the captain gives the post-match interview (owner rule 2026-08-08; the engine already refuses captains for packing; pickup is fine).

Drop-off = +1 point to the player dropping the kit. Pick-up = +1 point to the player collecting it (they become the kit-bringer and do ground setup). Parking-lot swap = kit moves, no points either way. Points post to the ledger immediately and show on standings at the next points publish. Every entry is logged.
What the scorecard can't see: a catch, a drop, a debut, the 20-run over, who limped off, what the winning captain said. The Saturday report writer uses these. Type it before 11:00 AM Saturday and it goes into the WhatsApp report; later entries update the website report at the 1:00 PM pass.
Main group signs up Thursday 8:00 PM; everyone else 8:05 PM. Captains have their own tier (8 AM when they play) and can’t be moved here. Every change is logged.
