North Austin Cricket Club (NACC) — Waiver Form (2026–28).
I hereby acknowledge that my voluntary participation in cricket matches or
practice sessions using hard tennis balls or any other type of cricket balls organized by the North
Austin Cricket Club (NACC) at Spicewood Elementary, Deep Wood Elementary, Williamson County Cricket
Ground, and any other grounds on most weekends and some weekdays throughout 2026–28 involves
inherent risks of injury.
In consideration for being allowed to participate, I agree:
- RiskI am aware of the risks involved and accept sole responsibility for any injury or
harm that I may sustain during the course of playing cricket with hard tennis balls.
- ReleaseI release, discharge, and hold harmless the North Austin Cricket Club (NACC), its
organizers, administrators, players, and volunteers from any claims, liabilities, or actions arising
out of any injury or harm that may occur during my participation.
- GearI acknowledge the general guideline recommending the use of protective gear,
including an abdominal guard, helmet, gloves, and any other protective equipment during gameplay,
and understand its importance in reducing potential risks.
- RulesI will adhere to all the rules, guidelines, and instructions provided by the
organizers to ensure a safe and enjoyable game for all participants.
- FitnessI affirm that I am physically fit to engage in cricket matches with hard tennis
balls and have no medical conditions that might prevent me from participating in accordance with the
general safety guidelines.
How agreement works: when you sign up for a game on this site, you tick the
waiver box — that agreement is recorded with your name and a timestamp. New players can also sign the
paper form with any admin before their first game.
