07:00
Kits in parking
Everyone who has to be early is due now — the admin of the day, both captains, whoever is bringing the kits, and the ground & pitch setup crew.
07:05
Kits on ground
This is the time the admin of the day counts.
07:10
Practice arrivals
Everyone who wants to practice is due on the ground now, 15 minutes before first ball.
07:15
Practice
Setup done. If there's time the admin of the day starts bowling practice — it can't begin until the batting side has a batsman, a keeper and a third man in place.
07:20
Late cutoff
The late line. On the ground after this and you're late: −2 points, and −2 more for every repeat within 30 days. Standing in the parking lot doesn't count.
07:25
First ball
First ball.
07:30
No entry
Five minutes past first ball. Reach the ground after this and you're not in the game — no exceptions, not even for an admin.
08:40
Innings break
The 75-minute mark — first innings done. In the 10-minute break the side that just batted warms its bowlers up; the side about to bat puts out a keeper and a third man to stop the balls.
08:50
Second innings
Second innings, first ball.
10:05
Game end
Game over. Nobody leaves before this — kit packing starts and the presentation follows.
10:20
Presentation end
Presentation wrapped. Both captains, the man of the match, the presenter and whoever is recording stay to the end.
No one leaves before the game finishes — leaving early is a strike.
