What's on the line

The fine print that matters

• CaptainsThe tournament is built around its captains. If a scheduled captain can't attend, the game is forfeited — admins assign a wild-card captain who can earn the win for the team but no extra credits. No replacement captains, no exceptions.
• BowlersWild-card bowler rule: captains first pick 6 regular bowlers from the pool of 12; those six bowl 3 overs each, and the final 2 overs go to wild-card bowlers from the rest of the team — more chances for emerging bowlers.
• TiesNo super over. A tied game splits the points.
• RainIf rain stops play, the CricClubs at-par score decides — but only if the first innings finished and the chase reached 10 overs. Otherwise: no-result in the league (points shared); knockout and playoff games get rescheduled. Washed out before a ball? Rescheduled.
• WithdrawingA captain who withdraws before completing their scheduled games forfeits all points earned from tournament wins.
